Status Update

I’ve just spoken to someone at my hosting company! He rang my mobile! He gave me my new password!
Which refuse to get excited about because it’s my second new password in 24 hours as the one which arrived in the post yesterday didn’t work *bored*
To keep you all informed, my plan of campaign is as follows:
- Get home from the cinema tonight and (hopefully) get into my control panel
- Throw up a splash page telling people what has happened
The tomorrow/over the next few days I will have to work out how to change all my assorted other passwords and sort out the wp-admin so I can get things back to the way they should be. Fingers crossed, but no promises, by Sunday, the Sunday Roast will be back where it belongs.
After that, the mid-term plan is to get a pretty new look for Bright Meadow, upgrade my WP to version 2 point something (yes, I’m still on 1.5), find a new host and/or change my domain registrar.
All of this is, of course, reliant on actually being able to get into my account this evening. I’m not holding my breath.

Good luck! It’s a good plans, but we all know how plans work. Even the best laid plans…
